1. MARKETING & PROMOTION: We're not here to restrict your creativity or place a lot of  restrictions on how you promote AngeVenus.com. We have only one rule in regards to marketing and promotion, no spamming. If you are caught sending e-mail that is not in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM regulations your account will be immediately terminated and any payments due will be forefeited.

2. CONTENT USAGE: All content provided by AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program must retain the original copyright/url stamp. No alteration of the copyright/url stamp is acceptable without prior written consent. Any page displaying content obtained from AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program must have a banner or text link back to www.AngeVenus.com. Any account found not to be in compliance will be immediately terminated and all payments due will be forfeited. In other words, don't steal our content!  You may only use the provided content we give you access to. If we see you using content we did not approve, or taken from another site, or my members area.. we will close your account and forfeit any funds owed to you. Also, buying and setting up urls like (AngeVenusxxx.com) and posting the content we provide is not allowed. Neither is duplicating my site design and posting it at any URL. Email links, spamming and newsgroup posting are also not allowed. If we see any of this occurring we will immediately cancel your account and forfeit any funds owed to you.

3.Banners  Please do not alter our banners in any way. They are copyright  material.

4. PAYOUTS: pays 50% on initial sign-ups as well as 50% recurring for the lifetime. We absorb all processing fees so you are getting a true 50% of the membership. We're currently charging $24.95 a month for membership to AngeVenus.com.

5. TERMINATION: This relationship may be terminated at convenience by either party, at any time. AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate the Program without advance notification for any reason. We reserve the right to close and cancel your account at anytime with no explanation given. If AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program  determines that you have violated the above  terms and conditions your account will be terminated immediately and you may forfeit your right to any payments owed to you at that time. Additionally, we will add your account information to a well-circulated industry "blacklist" and in some cases post evidence of your "cheating" on top industry related Webmaster boards and Web sites.

In such case, the webmaster will be notified by e-mail immediately and paid any commission accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined he/she has violated this Agreement in any material way. Examples of material violations include the use of spamming, credit card fraud, abnormally high chargeback rate, or free password sites.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, and its terms shall be waived or amended only by the parties' written agreement. The Webmaster shall not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program prior written consent.

By filling out and submitting the sign-up form, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this Agreement and AngeVenus.com Yoga Sex Affiliate Program  is agreeing to become a counter-party to the form.
